So this last weekend was one of the most hectic ones I've had maybe ever. We had all of our friends out and it was great to see everyone. The only problem is getting 6 people to all decide on what they want to do. Everyone was so pumped up when we got them from the airport. We went home had a few beers and decided we should head out to Dos Gringos. It was already about 9 when we decided we should take a cab, so we called around. Problem again, the 6 people, no one has vans or what? Finally we get picked up get down there and after an hour everyone is exhausted except Steve.
So we try to call a cab, 1 hr later figure out he's not coming, so they call another. Its a car LOL so I have to leave Jacob, Buckley and Steve at the bar to wait for their cab. Which never came. Which brings me to what we tried telling everyone, there are no cabs where we live, I know weird and hard to believe, but TRUE! So out of bed I get to go get them. I was so happy to finally get to bed at 3 but I was up again soon. Friday Steve and Buckley woke up early and took Jacobs truck around. We went out to breakfast with Brock and Corre then headed up to the mall. Did I mention I broke my toe Thursday morning? We met up with the boys and went for a drink. From there we went home to drop off my car and headed down to Mill. By this time I was really nauseous which I now think has something to do with the pain I was in because I hadn't taken anything for my toe and walked around all day like a dumbass. Either way I made the best of it. We met up with some other people then went to another bar down there. By 8 Jacob and I went home and everyone else ended up home by 10.
Saturday we woke up and planned on just hanging out by the pool. We grabbed something quick for breakfast while Corre and Brock went to The Egg and I. Justin and Lisa came over and we had a pool party and drank lots. It was nice just relaxing by the pool. After a little drinking we ordered some pizza, and almost everyone took a nap.
Steve went home with Justin and when Buckley woke up he decided to take a cab down to Mill where Steve had ended up. Steve ended up getting kicked out of nearly every bar down there. Jacob, Brock, Corre and I stayed at home and drank. We had a lot of fun watching the boys dance LOL. Jacob likes to shake it!
Sunday I think we were all drained. No one said or did much of anything. We had to take them to the airport at 12. The drive back was sad for us. No more visitors planned for a while. Its just so hard to get to spend time with people when there are so many at once!
