Setting roots

So much has been going on lately it is hard to keep up! Nadia is very mobile and loves to walk around things. She has been standing on her own, but hasn't ventured to take a step on her own yet. I think we are close though. She loves to babble and is learning new sounds everyday. Dax is her favorite playmate and of course he lets her do whatever she wants to him. He is so gentle with her. Nadia used her potty for the first time on the 4th of July. She is on such a schedule it is easy to get her to go in it. We will see what happens when she can walk though! We had to move Nadia into a bigger car seat and that was a chore trying to find one we liked that didn't take up a massive amount of the backseat. The first one I bought was nice, but didn't fit right. Thankfully the second one was perfect! Jacob always sighs when I buy something because he knows I am probably going to end up returning it for something else.

In other news. Our lease is up the end of August and we are approved for a loan, so time to get in gear! We have decided to have PODS dropped off at the house and then depending on where we are at in the process either store them or schedule a delivery date for our new house. We will stay with my parents if we need to for a short time. We knew this was coming, but its real now. Its exciting for us. After having both owned homes previously it was really difficult for us to rent. Now we will have a home and we are pretty excited about that. So, I have been researching and trying to find the best area for our price range with a house and neighborhood we are ok with. We both want to make good decisions about this purchase.

Now a few pictures:
