Spring in AZ and lots of Visitors

We have been so busy the last few months! Jacob has been working hard to start his own business and things have really started picking up for me in Real Estate. We feel so thankful to have the opportunities that we do. It is not a great economy and we know a lot of people that are struggling. Not to say we are just gliding through life easily, but things do seem to be falling into place nicely. Until Jacobs license comes through he is working for an REO company that does contracting work for banks. You have to have an understanding on the whole REO world. Thankfully I can help provide the "reasoning" behind payment time frames, prices, turn around time, photos needed and what the invoices need to read. This really helps Jacob stay ahead of the other contractors and subsequently he has been working a lot.

We have had some great weather and it has already hit 97. It is pretty early for it to be so warm, and we are still in the process of getting the AC guy out to repair what he was out to fix in November. I am keeping my fingers crossed that he comes through for us. He is supposed to show up today and get everything running. The situation with him really turned ugly last week after not being able to get a hold of him for 2 weeks. I finally reported him to the AZROC. The lead investigator was kind enough to call the AC guy twice and tell him if he did not honor his contract he was in violation of several laws and they would press criminal charges. I really didn't want to go there, but I have to remind myself that it is all in his hands. If he does what is right all will be good.

March brought us a huge amount of visitors as usual. March is such a great time to come out before it gets too warm. The Rocks family was out for a week. Nadia and Ashlyn were able to play together a couple days. It was adorable to see the two of them interact. The conversations that they were having were a riot! I had to steal some pictures from Brianna's blog to post because the girls are just so cute together.

Saturday before we met up with The Rock's we went to The Ostrich Festival in Chandler. Nadia had a butterfly painted on her check. She was very proud of it!

Shortly after The Rocks left Jacobs Mom, Dad, Brother, Nephew and Nieces came out to visit. Nadia especially loves baby Elai and is always asking where he is when she talks to Grandma. I think she thinks Elai is her baby LOL. Nadia had a lot of fun playing with Halo and Lily although I know she was wishing she could do as much as them. It was a lot of fun to have everyone out and visit. Nadia just loves being around people and especially kids. It makes us feel bad that she doesn't have a sibling. I remember how lonely it was to be the only child in the house. We aren't sure that means we are having anymore though!
