A Day Off

I have been so busy this week that I was SO excited to not have to get up and go to work today. Don't get me wrong, I am lucky to have clients to keep me busy, but I had a rough day at the salon yesterday. I got through it, but its no fun feeling that sick and working. I also had my hair done. I cut about 4-5 inches off and touched up my hi-lites. I feel SOOO much better. When I first told Jacob I was going to cut my hair he was concerned, but no need for him to worry. I'm not a short hair girl :) Of course, just like a typical man, he didn't even notice LOL.

We told our landlord that we wanted to put our house up for rent, so today I am meeting them and their realtor for a walk through. It was tough trying to clean house, smells just send me running, but Jacob was a HUGE help. Almost everything I thought I was going to be able to do I couldn't. He cleaned the shower, bathrooms and the carpets, took care of the back yard, helped me carry all the dishes from our room downstairs. We tend to bring snacks up at night since I lay down so early and they stack up pretty fast. I was able to put the laundry away, vacuum, do the dishes, clean the kitchen. We make a great team. I so lucky to have a man that will help! Oh how I love him!
