A busy two weeks

I signed up for school on Monday and will doing the fast track program to get my Real Estate license down here. It will take me 2 weeks and then I can start the testing process. There are quite a few tests that I will have to pass. The ratio of passing on the first attempt is 50%. Of course my Mom keeps telling me how hard her friend said that it is, and is basically setting me up for failure. I have been through this course once before in Colorado, and while state laws will be different I am keeping my thinking positive. My only worry is that I won't get bored in class, I have a problem trying to keep focused for a long period of time. I am hoping since it is fast paced this will keep my attention. We have 3 REO listings in Scottsdale now that I have the potential of getting the comission on. All I need is my license, so I am extremly motivated! Heck ya I want to start bringing in commisions on 1M properties!

The Dr never did call me back regarding the 3 hour glucose test, so I am assuming they are not going to pressure me to take it. I have to see the Dr every two weeks now and my next appointment is on Friday, so we will see what they say then. We have our tour of the hospital coming up and then shortly after we start our classes. We also set up maternity pictures for August. I hope my belly can hold out on not getting any stretch marks until then! LOL
