Our weekend

Friday afternoon our crib was delivered. I wanted a milkshake so bad, but Jacob was so excited to set up the crib that we did it first. We really like it! Of course after we set it up I wasn't in the mood for a milkshake anymore LOL. We had a pretty mellow night.

Saturday we woke up and went to Paridise Bakery for breakfast, we are still checking out new places. After that we headed over to Babies R Us to look at some of the things I had put in the registery online. So now I need to go back online and delete some things because if we saw something we liked Jacob was happy to scan it, I know I have doubles of things. We also needed to get the crib mattress. When we left Babis R Us we did some grocery shopping then went back to the house. My sister was in town so we went to my parents house. Fred and the kids were already there in the pool playing, soon Jacob was joining in. Everyone was having a good time. My brother was getting pretty brave and actually sprayed my Mom with the water gun. If you know my Mom, you know NOT to do this! He did it a few more times. I can't believe that my Mom didn't freak out on him LOL Of course we all thought it was funny, but I know she didn't. As usual there was way too much food, but Jacob found a new kosher brand of hot dogs he likes. I guess there is a special deli here, that is also in NY that makes them. We headed home at about 6 and by 6:30 Jacob was in bed asleep. All that playing tired him out!

Sunday we were up extra early of course because we had gone to bed so early. We were going to meet my Dad, Mom and sister for brunch, but they weren't up to it after last night. The company ended up staying pretty late and my parents. We were still hungry so we went over to our old side of town to get breakfast. We did a little shopping after and found some plants we really liked for the nursery. I can't wait until we find out what we are having so we can finish decorating! The rest of Sunday wasn't much to talk about. Jacob studied, I took a nap then we watched some of our favorite shows we recorded. Of course I had to watch Desperate Housewives when it came on!
